eBill for asyst:Utility Billing- Provides automatic uploading of utility bills for registered eBill recipients, display (in PDF format) of these bill images on a secure web site, and email notification to the bill recipient that “You’ve got Bills.” Also provides a link through a Pay Now ePay for PayPal product.
ePay for PayPal– Provides a more flexible electronic payment solution which can accommodate electronic payments for Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal payment and can accept payments for any asyst application with payment receipting requirements (Utility Billing, Accounts Receivable, Property Tax, Municipal Court, Code Enforcement, Building Permits, Animal Licenses, and Business Licenses). In addition, ePay for PayPal is much easier and quicker to implement a payment portal because the Merchant account is managed by USTI. This ePaysolution is intended for Billers who wish to provide electronic payment solutions for their customers, but who do not wish to pay the credit card charges for those customers. This payment model, commonly called the Convenience Fee model, calculates and charges a convenience fee to the paying customer which covers the credit card processing fees. And the best part, just like for is that all payments received through ePay for PayPal can be downloaded, on your schedule, directly into asyst:UB and posted to customer accounts without any re-keying on your part. And, when you download a batch of payments, the deposit to your bank account is initiated that same day in the exact amount of the downloaded batch of payments. Reconciliation of your bank account is made even easier than with traditional credit card payment receipts. No more opening mail, sorting checks, making deposit slips, or trips to the bank when all that work is replaced with ePay for PayPal, and reconciling credit card receipts in your bank statement to your asyst deposits is a breeze.
eCertificates for asyst:Property Tax– Provides a semi-automated method for requesting, paying for, and delivering Tax Certificates in PDF format through a secure web site. This solution is intended primarily for Canadian Municipalities who must provide Tax Certificates to buyer’s attorneys prior to closing on real property transactions.
